Our support workers are trained in person-centred models of support and focus on assisting people to meet the goals they have for their life, create and foster community connections, develop valued roles and build independence.

Gold Coast Community Lifestyles support workers are provided with regular resources and professional development opportunities so that they continue to learn and grow alongside the people they support.

What is Service Delivery?

Service Delivery is the provision of support workers for Activities of Daily Living and Social and Community supports.

At Gold Coast Community Lifestyles we believe in flexible, creative and individual approaches to support and what works for one person is going to be different to what works for another.

We provide qualified, experienced support workers focused on quality outcomes for people. You can select from our existing pool of workers. This pool is made up of a diverse range of people with a variety of professional and life experiences that they bring to the goal focused work they do.

Alternatively we can recruit directly for your needs involving you in all aspects of the recruitment and selection process giving you choice and control over your staffing needs.

Gold Coast Community Lifestyles can provide staffing solutions for people with NDIS funding, DSOA, NiiSQ and ICare funding schemes.

We also provide 24/7 in home and Community Supports including one to one SIL’s (Supported Independent Living) Services.

In Home Care - Assistance with Daily Living and Life Skills

At Gold Coast Community Lifestyles aims on being a reassuring presence, we work with you to develop skills, confidence and greater self-esteem.  

From bathing, dressing and grooming to managing bills, collecting a prescription and getting to work on time, there are so many ways our support workers can help you gain greater independence.

Our Support team understands that your in home care is essential to your health and will treat any task with compliance, dignity and respect. 

Our trustworthy team bring passion to their work everyday and treat participants as if they are part of the family. 

GCCL holds high standards of privacy and confidentiality, this is of utmost importance as outlined in out Privacy and Confidentiality Policies and Procedures. 

Our team is understanding and inclusive but not limited to supporting you with the following: 

  • Personal Care 
  • Household tasks & Cleaning 
  • Menu Planning and Meal Preparation 
  • Cleaning and upkeep of equipment (seperate to maintaining equipment) 
  • Budgeting & Shopping 
  • Building Social Relationships 
  • Independence & Capacity Building 
  • Safety – all of out Support workers have completed modules around risk management and key courses, reducing incidents & Risks in the in the home.

What does Community Support look like? 

Assistance in the community is having full control over your Supports to align with your Goals, Values and Personal development. Our highly skilled workers are Inducted in a step by step process. 

All workers must complete the following procedures after the application has been accepted. Our stages include a face to face Interview, reference checks, Police Checks, NDIS Screening and meet & greets before starting Mandatory training to complete the intake process. 

The key Supports we aim to achieve are endless possibilities through Community Access. All of our Support Workers are to provide care to align with the SRV framework that we strive to provide at all times. We also offer opportunities to attend additional SRV training at conventions when available. 

Our Support workers have a sound knowledge of the Gold Coast area and can provide guidance navigating your supports, whilst working towards your goals and interests. 

Our team will provide following:

  • Relationship Building and community connections
  • A reliable Community Support you can trust
  • Giving you control over your roster and the workers in your team
  • Continued training and team meetings to align with changes to your Supports.
  • Optimal care while providing choice and control is priority at all times
